TechCostLab Engineering Hub

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This policy explains what information TechCostLab may process when you visit https://chavta.com, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Process

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can respond. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and request time, for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

2. Privacy-Friendly Analytics

We use first-party, cookie-free analytics to understand site usage. The site records requested pages, referring domains, campaign parameters, daily totals, approximate live presence, active reading time, scroll milestones, reading completion, internal-link use, contact-form conversions, the share destination a reader deliberately selects, and whether an advertising placement became visible. We do not record advertising clicks, social-media account details, share-message contents, or whether a share was ultimately published.

A one-way visitor identifier is generated from limited request information and a private server key. It rotates each day and is not intended to identify you across sites. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. Automated traffic is filtered where it can be recognized, and analytics collection is skipped when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

3. Local Storage and Essential Features

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This preference stays on your device. Advertising code is not loaded while advertising is disabled or the site's consent-readiness control is incomplete.

4. Advertising Partners

Advertising is currently disabled. If it is enabled later, only the provider selected by the publisher is loaded by this site.

5. Your Privacy Choices

Where required, we use an appropriate consent management platform to request consent before personalized advertising. For Google AdSense in applicable regions, this must be a Google-certified platform. Use the control to review available choices or clear local site preferences. You can also use browser controls to delete or block cookies and enable Do Not Track to opt out of first-party analytics collection.

6. Retention, Sharing, and Security

Live-presence records are removed after approximately 48 hours. Historical analytics records are retained for the period selected by the publisher, currently between 30 and 90 days. Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or operate the site, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify a request before completing it.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the site or applicable requirements change. Questions and privacy requests can be sent through the contact page or by email at admin@my-cms-domain.com.
